Snacking - The Cardinal Sin of Weight Loss

Snacking is the possibly the biggest mistake in weight loss that we see. There are three major reasons why snacking sabotages weight loss. It makes you hungrier. The more you snack, the more you tend to eat. Second, snacks tend to be ultra processed. Third, if you're not hungry, why eat? That's not a winning strategy for weight loss.
