What Active Recovery Means for Your Health
Active recovery is a concept often used in exercise and strength training.
It means you are not pushing at full intensity, but you are still staying intentionally engaged. You are keeping some movement, rhythm, and intention in place while still allowing space for rest and recovery.
Summer Steady applies that same idea to your health.
This is not a heavy course. It is not a weight loss challenge. It is not about forcing a perfect summer routine.
It is about staying connected with enough structure, support, and intention so the end of summer feels like a continuation, not a recovery mission.

Over the 8 weeks, you’ll explore how to:
- choose small anchors that keep you connected when routines shift
- create a flexible summer fasting plan that can adapt to travel, social events, and changing schedules
- navigate summer social situations without all-or-nothing thinking
- notice when momentum shifts and reconnect without shame
- use simple metabolic guardrails around food, fasting, insulin, grazing, and meal timing
- bring structure back to summer meals without making everything rigid
- reflect on what worked, what changed, and what you want to carry forward
What Summer Steady Includes
- Eight live 90-minute coach-led sessions with Megan Ramos and the TFM Coaching Team
- Simple weekly resources to guide you through the program
- 3 months of TFM Community access
- A private Summer Steady forum thread for weekly reflection, participant connection, and questions
- A clear weekly rhythm to help you stay connected through summer without needing a perfect plan
- Community access begins one week before the first session so you have time to explore the membership space, get settled, and connect before the live sessions begin. Community membership renews automatically unless canceled before the renewal date
- Sessions will be recorded and added to your account so you can catch up if you’re unable to attend live
